How Do I Customize My Shopify Email?

Last updated on October 2, 2022 @ 2:06 am

Shopify is one of the most popular eCommerce platforms on the market today. If you’re looking to set up an online shop, Shopify is a great option.

One of the great things about Shopify is that it’s easy to customize. You can change the look and feel of your shop to match your brand, and you can even customize the email that goes out to your customers.

In this article, we’ll walk you through how to customize your Shopify email. We’ll cover how to change the sender name and email address, how to add a logo to your email, and how to change the color scheme of your email. By the end of this article, you’ll be able to create a custom Shopify email that looks just the way you want it to.

To start, log in to your Shopify account and go to Settings > Notifications. From here, you can click on the “Edit” link next to any of the notification types. For our purposes, we’ll focus on the “Order confirmation” notification.

When you click “Edit,” you’ll see a few different options that you can customize. First, you can enter a “From” name and email address.

PRO TIP: If you are not familiar with HTML or CSS, we recommend that you seek professional help before attempting to customize your Shopify email. Making changes to your email template can result in your email not being displayed correctly, or being sent to spam folders.

This is what will show up in the “From” field when someone receives one of your emails. By default, it will just say “Shopify,” but you can change it to anything you want.

You can also add a logo to your email by clicking the “Upload image” button under the Logo section. This will allow you to upload a PNG or JPG file from your computer. Once you’ve uploaded your logo, it will appear at the top of every email that goes out from your shop.

Finally, you can change the color scheme of your email by clicking on one of the preset color schemes or by entering a hex code in the Custom color field. This will change the background color and text color of your email.

Once you’ve made all the changes you want, be sure to click “Save” at the bottom of the page. Your changes will now be live and every email that goes out from your shop will reflect them.

In conclusion, customizing your Shopify email is a great way to make sure that every interaction with your customers reflects your brand identity. With just a few clicks, you can change the sender name and address, add a logo, and even change the color scheme of your emails. So why not take a few minutes and make sure that your Shopify emails are looking just they way you want them too?
