If you’re a seller on Fiverr, you may occasionally need to contact a buyer directly. Whether it’s to ask a question about an order, or to resolve a dispute, there are a few different ways you can contact buyers.

The first way is to message the buyer through the Fiverr platform. To do this, go to your Dashboard and find the order in question.

Then, click on the “Message” button on the right hand side. This will open up a message window where you can type out your message and hit “Send. ”
