How Do I Display WooCommerce Product Reviews on a Custom Page?

Last updated on January 15, 2023 @ 3:25 pm

When it comes to driving conversions on your WooCommerce store, product reviews can be extremely valuable. Not only do they provide social proof that helps encourage undecided customers to make a purchase, but they can also help improve your search engine rankings and click-through rates.

If you’re not already displaying product reviews on your site, you’re missing out on a valuable opportunity to improve your sales. In this article, we’ll show you how to display WooCommerce product reviews on a custom page.

Why Display Product Reviews on a Custom Page?

By default, WooCommerce displays product reviews on the individual product pages where they were left. This is perfectly fine if you only have a few products and a handful of reviews.

However, if you have a large number of products and reviews, displaying them all on your product pages can start to look cluttered. Not to mention, it can make it difficult for potential customers to find the reviews they’re looking for.

This is where creating a custom page to display all of your WooCommerce product reviews comes in handy. By doing this, you can give your customers a dedicated space to read through all of your reviews in one place. Plus, it will free up some much-needed space on your product pages.

How to Display WooCommerce Product Reviews on a Custom Page

To get started, the first thing you need to do is create a new page in WordPress and add the following shortcode:
[woocommerce_reviews]

Once you hit publish, WooCommerce will automatically populate your new page with all of the reviews left for your products. If you have a lot of products and reviews, this page could get pretty long.

To help keep things organized and easy to navigate, we recommend adding some sort of pagination or “load more” button so users can load additional reviews as needed. If you want to take things a step further, you could also group your reviews by product or category using our Review For Group plugin.

Whichever route you choose to go, displaying all of your WooCommerce product reviews on a custom page is a great way to declutter your product pages and give potential customers an easy way to read through them all in one place.

PRO TIP: If you are using a custom WooCommerce product page template, you need to take care when displaying product reviews. Make sure that you include the correct code snippets in the right place, otherwise your reviews may not display correctly.
