How Do I Duplicate a WooCommerce Shop Page?

Last updated on October 1, 2022 @ 5:34 pm

If you’re running a WooCommerce store, it’s likely that you’ll want to duplicate your shop page at some point. Whether you’re wanting to create a second shop page with different products or simply want to create a backup of your existing shop page, duplicating a WooCommerce shop page is relatively easy to do. In this article, we’ll show you how to duplicate a WooCommerce shop page in just a few steps.

First, you’ll need to log into your WordPress dashboard. Once you’re logged in, navigate to the ‘Pages’ section on the left-hand side of the dashboard.

PRO TIP: If you are planning on duplicating a WooCommerce shop page, be aware that this can cause some issues with your website. Specifically, if you have products that are set up to be sold on your shop page, they may not appear correctly on the duplicated page. Additionally, any links that are set up to point to your shop page may need to be updated to point to the duplicated page.

From here, find the page that you want to duplicate and hover over it. A drop-down menu will appear – simply click on ‘Duplicate’.

You’ll then be taken to a new page where you can edit the title and slug of the duplicated page. Once you’ve done this, simply click on the ‘Publish’ button and your duplicated shop page will be live on your website.

That’s all there is to duplicating a WooCommerce shop page! As you can see, it’s a relatively simple process that can be completed in just a few steps.
