How Do I Export a Customer From WooCommerce?

There are a few different ways that you can export your WooCommerce customers.

The first way is to use the default WordPress export tool.

To do this, you will need to go to Tools > Export in your WordPress dashboard. From here, you will want to select Users from the list of export options.

Next, you will need to select the user roles that you want to export. For WooCommerce customers, you will want to select the Customer role.

You can also choose to export all users or only specific users. Once you have made your selections, click the Export Users button to generate the CSV file.

The second way that you can export your WooCommerce customers is by using a plugin.

There are a few different plugins that you can use, but we recommend using the Customer / Order CSV Export plugin. This plugin makes it easy to export your WooCommerce customers and orders to a CSV file.

To use this plugin, you will first need to install and activate it. Once it is activated, you will need to go to WooCommerce > CSV Export in your WordPress dashboard. From here, you will be able to choose which customer data you want to export and how you want it exported.

Once you have made your selections, click the Export button to generate the CSV file.

PRO TIP: If you are considering exporting customers from WooCommerce, there are a few things you should be aware of. First, exporting customers will delete all of their data from your WooCommerce store. This includes their order history, customer profile, and any other data associated with their account. Second, you will need to have a CSV file of all your customers’ data in order to export them. Finally, make sure you have a backup of your WooCommerce store before exporting customers, as this process is irreversible.
