Export Comments from InVision
If you want to export all of your comments from InVision, you can use the Export Comments function in the Comment tab. To export all comments, click the Export Comments button on the Comment tab and select the All Comments button.
To export comments specifically for a project, select the project in the Projects dropdown and then click the Export Comments button. In the dialog that appears, select the Comments tab and then click the Export Comments button.
In the Export Comments dialog, you can specify a filename and folder where to save the comments. You can also select which comments to export.
The Export Comments dialog also allows you to choose to export only comments that are new or modified since the last export.
If you have comments that are not in InVision, you can export them to a text file. To do this, click the Import Comments button on the Comment tab and select the File Import button.
In the Import Comments dialog, select the Text File radio button and then enter the filename for the comments file.
When you export comments, InVision creates a file that contains the text of your comments, as well as the timestamps for when the comments were made. You can use this file to reconstruct the comments if you need to.
