If you have a vector graphic you would like to export as SVG, there are a few things you can do in Illustrator. First, open the vector graphic in Illustrator and select the “Save As” command from the File menu.

Give the file a name and select the ” SVG” format from the drop-down menu.

Next, you will need to export the vector graphic as a series of Illustrator files. To export the file as a series of Illustrator files, select the “Export As” command from the File menu and choose the “SVG File” format from the drop-down menu.

Enter a filename for the file series and press the “Export” button.

Once the file series has been exported, you can open each file in Illustrator and export the vector graphic elements as SVG files. To do this, open the first file in the series and select the “Export” command from the Illustrator menu.

PRO TIP: When exporting SVG files from Adobe Illustrator, there are a number of things to consider to ensure that your file will be properly formatted for use on the web. First, make sure that your document is set up at the correct size and orientation for the web. Next, check that your document’s color mode is set to RGB. Finally, go to File > Export > Export As and choose the SVG format. Once you have exported your file, open it in a text editor to check that the code is well-formed and contains no errors.

Choose the “SVG File” format from the drop-down menu and enter a filename for the file. Press the “Export” button.

Next, open the second file in the series and select the “Import” command from the Illustrator menu. Select the “SVG File” format from the drop-down menu and enter the filename for the file that was previously exported.

Press the “Import” button.

Finally, open the third file in the series and select the “Copy” command from the Illustrator menu.

Press the “Copy” button.

Your vector graphic has now been exported as SVG files. You can use these files to create a web page, create an app, or any other design project that requires the use of SVG files.
