If you want to fade the edges of a photo in Photoshop, there are a few different techniques that you can use. The first is to use the Fade tool (usually found in the Tools panel on the left side of the screen).

To use the Fade tool, simply click on the photo that you want to fade, and then use the slider in the Tool Options bar to specify the amount of fade that you want.

PRO TIP: If you are not careful when fading the edges of a photo in Photoshop, you can end up with an unnatural-looking result. It is important to use a low opacity setting and to feather the edges of the selection to create a more subtle effect.

Another way to fade the edges of a photo in Photoshop is to use the Patch tool (found in the Tools panel on the right side of the screen). With the Patch tool, you can create a patch of pixels that will fade the edges of the photo around it.

To use the Patch tool, simply click on the photo that you want to fade, and then use the options in the Tool Options bar to specify the location and size of the patch.

Finally, you can also use the Blur tool (found in the Tools panel on the left side of the screen) to soften the edges of the photo. To use the Blur tool, simply click on the photo that you want to soften the edges of, and then use the slider in the Tool Options bar to specify the amount of blur that you want.
