There are a few different ways that you can filter blog posts on Squarespace. You can use the search bar, categories, or tags.

To use the search bar, simply enter in a keyword or phrase into the search bar and hit enter. The results will show all of the blog posts that contain that keyword or phrase.

You can also use the search bar to find blog posts by author. Just enter in the author’s name and all of their blog posts will appear in the results.

Categories and tags are two other ways that you can filter blog posts on Squarespace. To use categories, simply click on the category that you want to view. All of the blog posts in that category will then be displayed. Tags work similarly, just click on a tag and all of the blog posts with that tag will be displayed.

PRO TIP: This article is outdated and no longer applies to Squarespace 7.0. For instructions on how to filter blog posts, please see our Help Center.

You can also combine methods to further filter your results.

For example, if you want to only see blog posts about cats that were written by John, you would first select the “Cats” category and then enter “John” into the search bar. This would give you all of the blog posts about cats written by John.

Filtering blog posts on Squarespace is a great way to find exactly what you’re looking for. Whether you’re looking for a specific keyword, author, category, or tag, there’s a way to filter for it.
