If a customer has an account on your WooCommerce store, you can find their email address by looking in the “Billing Information” section of their account page.
To do this, simply go to: WooCommerce > Customers > All Customers. Then, click on the customer you want to view and scroll down to the “Billing Information” section. The customer’s email address will be listed under “Email Address.”
2. Look in the “Order Details” section of their order page.
If a customer doesn’t have an account on your store, you can still find their email address by looking in the “Order Details” section of their order page.
To do this, go to: WooCommerce > Orders. Then, click on the order you want to view and scroll down to the “Order Details” section. The customer’s email address will be listed under “Email.”
3. Look in the “Recent Orders” section of their profile page (if they’re a registered user on your site).
If a customer is a registered user on your site (meaning they have an account), you can find their email address by looking in the “Recent Orders” section of their profile page.
To do this, go to: WooCommerce > Customers > All Customers. Then, click on the customer you want to view and scroll down to the “Recent Orders” section. The customer’s email address will be listed next to their most recent order.
4. Use a plugin like Advanced Custom Fields (ACF) to add an “Email Address” field to your registration form.
If you’re using a plugin like Advanced Custom Fields (ACF) or similar, you can add an “Email Address” field to your registration form so that customers can enter their email address when they create an account on your site. This is a great way to ensure that you have all of your customers’ email addresses in one place. To do this, simply go to: Admin Dashboard > Forms > Add New Field > Email Address and then add the field to your registration form.
