If you don’t see your pixel listed in either of those sections, it’s likely that there’s an issue with the code on your site. To fix this, you’ll need to edit the code on your site and add the Facebook pixel code snippet to it.
Once you’ve added the code snippet, save your changes and then check to see if the pixel is now firing on your site. If it is, congratulations! You’ve successfully installed and activated your Facebook pixel on Shopify.
