How do I get a refund from Namecheap?

If you’re unhappy with your Namecheap account, there are a few things you can do to try and get a refund. First, try contacting Namecheap support. They may be able to help you get a partial or full refund for the items you’ve purchased. If that doesn’t work, you may be able to file a claim with the credit card company that issued your card.
