Whether you’re designing a social media post or a presentation, getting your sizing right in Canva is easy. With our handy tool, you can select predefined dimensions for your design or enter in your own custom dimensions.
When creating a design from scratch, click on “Use custom dimensions” in the bottom left corner of the design page. A pop-up will appear, asking you to enter in how wide and how tall you want your design to be. You can enter in any size you like!
If you’re starting with a blank canvas, you can also adjust the size of your design at any time by clicking on “Resize” in the top toolbar. From here, you can select from a range of preset sizes or enter in your own custom dimensions.
Once you’ve got your design just the way you want it, simply download it in the file format of your choice. And that’s it – easy peasy!
To get started:
Creating a design from scratch:
