How Do I Get Support From Wix?

Last updated on September 30, 2022 @ 11:12 pm

If you’re a Wix user, you may be wondering how you can get support from the Wix team. There are actually a few different ways that you can get support, and we’ll outline them all for you here.

The first way that you can get support is by using the Wix Help Center. The Help Center is a great resource for finding answers to common questions, and it’s also where you can submit a ticket if you need help with something specific.

GREAT NEWS:

Exciting update! We've collaborated with Wix to offer WBI users with a free plan for all website creation needs - Explore the details here.

Another way to get support is by using the Wix Forum. The Forum is a great place to ask questions, share tips, and connect with other Wix users. It’s also where our team of moderators and support staff hang out, so if you need help, be sure to post in the Forum.

PRO TIP: If you are experiencing technical difficulties with your Wix account, we recommend that you first contact Wix directly for support. You can reach them by clicking the “Help” button in the top right corner of your Wix account.

If you are still having difficulty after contacting Wix, please feel free to reach out to us and we will be happy to help where we can. However, please note that we may not be able to provide the same level of support as Wix.

Finally, you can always reach out to us on social media. We’re active on Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram, and we’re always happy to help our users out.

So there you have it – three different ways to get support from the Wix team. If you have any questions, be sure to check out the Help Center or post in the Forum, and we’ll be happy to help.

If you’re a Wix user and need support, there are three primary ways to get it: through the Help Center, the Forum, or social media. The Help Center is great for finding answers to common questions or submitting a ticket for specific help.

The Forum is perfect for asking questions, sharing tips, or connecting with other Wix users; it’s also where our moderators and support staff hang out most frequently. And finally, social media is always an option; we’re active on Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram and would love to help answer any questions you may have.
