How Do I Get the HTML Code for a Wix Site?

Last updated on January 6, 2023 @ 8:01 pm

There are a few different ways to get the HTML code for your Wix site.

If you want to grab the code for your entire site, you can do so by going to the ‘Settings’ tab in your Wix editor. From there, click on ‘Site Manager’ and then ‘Export / Import’.

GREAT NEWS:

Exciting update! We've collaborated with Wix to offer WBI users with a free plan for all website creation needs - Explore the details here.

From the pop-up window, select ‘Export Site’. This will generate a ZIP file containing all of the HTML code for your site.

If you just want to grab the code for a specific page on your site, you can do so by going to that page in the editor and clicking on the ‘</>’ icon in the top-right corner. This will open a window with the HTML code for that specific page.

Once you have the HTML code for your Wix site, you can style it using various HTML tags.

PRO TIP: If you are looking for the HTML code for a Wix site, you should be aware that this is not possible. Wix is a platform that uses drag-and-drop tools to create websites, and does not give users access to the HTML code. This means that it is not possible to edit the code of a Wix website.
