There are a few different ways that you can identify colors in Photoshop. One way is to use the color picker tool. To do this, simply click on the color picker tool in the toolbar, and then click on the color that you want to identify. The color picker will show you the hex value of the color.

Another way to identify colors is to use the Eyedropper tool. To do this, click on the Eyedropper tool in the toolbar, and then click on the color that you want to identify. The Eyedropper tool will show you the RGB values of the color.

Another way to find out what colors are in an image is to use the Color Sampler tool. To do this, click on the Color Sampler tool in the toolbar, and then click on different areas of the image. The Color Sampler tool will show you the RGB values of the colors in those areas.

You can also use the Info panel to identify colors. To do this, open up the Info panel by going to Window > Info.

Then, click on different areas of the image with your mouse. The Info panel will show you the RGB values of the colors in those areas.

Finally, you can use adjustment layers to identify colors. To do this, create an adjustment layer (such as a Levels or Curves adjustment layer), and then move your mouse over different areas of the image. The info bar at the top of the screen will show you the RGB values of those colors.
