When you want to import a PDF into Figma, you first need to open the Figma application. Click Import File in Figma’s dashboard to do this.

In the File manager window, select the PDF file type to edit and open it.

On the Import PDF dialog box, select the ‘Import’ button.

Another method that you can use is to convert the PDF first to a JPEG file. To do this, you’ll need to open the document in Adobe Acrobat. Adobe Acrobat is a software application that allows you to view, print, and edit PDFs.

In the Import PDF window that will appear, change the settings according to your preference, then click on the “Ok” button.

Your PDF file should now be open in Photoshop.

From there, go to File > Export >  Save for Web.

In the Save for Web window that will appear, select the JPEG file type and click on the “Save” button.

You can then save your image in your preferred file location and select the format “HTML and Images” and then click the “Save” button.

To import the PDF into Figma, go to the Main Menu > File > Place Image menu option.

On the Import PDF dialog box, you’ll need to provide the path to the Adobe Acrobat file that you want to import.

PRO TIP: When importing a PDF into Figma, there are a few things to keep in mind:

– Depending on the complexity of the PDF, the import process may take a few minutes.

– Not all PDFs will import perfectly – some elements may be lost or changed in the process.

– Once imported, the PDF cannot be reverted back to its original format.

Once you’ve provided the necessary information, click the ‘Place All’ button to start the import process. Figma will open the Adobe Acrobat file and start to import the content into your document.

When the import process is complete, your document will contain all of the content from the Adobe Acrobat file. You can now use the content in your document to create a new Figma document or to continue working on the existing document.

In this article, we’ve explained how to import a PDF into Figma. By following these steps, you can quickly and easily import the content from a PDF into your Figma document.
