Shopify is a platform for businesses of all sizes to create an online store. Shopify offers users a customizable platform, an easy-to-use checkout process, and a wide range of features.

One of the most popular features of Shopify is the ability to integrate with Amazon. Amazon is the world’s largest online marketplace, and integrating with them can be a great way to increase your sales. In this article, we’ll show you how to import Amazon to Shopify.

Before you start

Before you start importing your Amazon products to Shopify, there are a few things you’ll need to do:

  • Create a Shopify account: If you don’t have a Shopify account yet, you can sign up for one here. Once you have an account, you can log in and start setting up your store.
  • Install the Shopify app: The Shopify app for Amazon allows you to import your Amazon products into your Shopify store. You can install the app here.

Once the app is installed, you’ll need to connect it to your Amazon account.

  • Connect your Shopify account to Amazon: In order to connect your Shopify account to Amazon, you’ll need to generate an Amazon MWS Auth Token. You can find instructions on how to do that here. Once you have your Auth Token, you can enter it into the Shopify app and click “Connect”.

Importing products from Amazon

Once you’ve connected your Shopify account to Amazon, you can start importing products into your store. To do this, simply go to the “Products” tab in the Shopify app and click “Import products from Amazon”. From here, you can search for products by keyword or ASIN (Amazon Standard Identification Number). Once you’ve found the product you want to import, simply click “Import product”.

You can also import products in bulk by uploading a CSV file.

To do this, go to the “Products” tab and click “Import products from CSV file”. You can find a template CSV file here. Once you have your CSV file ready, simply upload it and click “Import products”.

PRO TIP: If you are considering importing Amazon products to your Shopify store, there are a few things you should be aware of. First, Shopify’s platform is not designed to handle the large catalogs of products that Amazon has. This can lead to performance issues for your store, and may even cause it to crash. Additionally, importing Amazon products into Shopify can violate your Shopify terms of service. Finally, you will need to set up your own shipping and fulfillment process for the imported products, as Shopify does not integrate with Amazon’s shipping services.
