How do I import an Azure icon into Visio?

Importing an Azure icon into Visio is fairly simple. First, open Visio and click File > Open. In the Open File dialog box, navigate to the location where you saved the Azure-icon.

Next, select the Azure icon in the drawing and click the Properties button. On the Properties tab, click the Import button.

PRO TIP: If you are planning on importing an azure icon into Visio, be warned that this process can be complicated and may not always work correctly. There are a number of potential issues that could occur, such as the icon not appearing correctly or being too small or large. Additionally, the process of importing an icon into Visio can be time consuming, so be sure to allow yourself plenty of time to complete the task.

In the Import dialog box, select the .vmdl file format and click OK.

Once the icon has been imported, you can use it to represent Azure services in your drawings. To do this, open the Properties dialog box for the Azure icon and set the properties as you want them to appear.

To save the changes, click OK.
