There are a few ways to import code into Figma. The first way is to use the “Import” button in the top bar. This will open up a window where you can select your file type and choose the code you want to import.
The second way to import code is to use the “File > Import” menu item. This will also open up a window where you can select your file type and choose the code you want to import.
The third way to import code is to drag and drop your code file into the Figma window. This will automatically open up the “Import” window and select your file type for you.
Once you’ve selected your file type and chosen the code you want to import, Figma will ask you how you want to import the code. You can choose to import it as a design or as an individual component.
If you choose to import it as a design, Figma will create a new frame for each piece of code you’re importing. If you choose to import it as a component, Figma will create a new component for each piece of code you’re importing.
Once you’ve imported your code, you can style it using the “Text” panel in the right sidebar. To style text, simply select the text you want to style and then use the “Format” options in the Text panel. You can use the < p >, < b > and < u > tags to format your text.
1. Make sure the code is well-formatted and error-free. Otherwise, it may not render correctly in Figma.
2. Be aware of which Figma features are supported by the code you’re importing. Not all code will work with all Figma features.
3. If you’re importing code from an external file, be sure to check the file’s permissions before doing so. Otherwise, you may inadvertently import code that you don’t have permission to use.
