How Do I Justify Text in Squarespace?

Last updated on December 27, 2022 @ 6:22 pm

There are many ways to style text on a web page, but the most common methods are to use the <b> tag, the <u> tag, or a <p> tag. The <b> tag is used to make text bold, while the <u> tag is used to underline text. The <p> tag is used to create paragraphs.

To justify text in Squarespace, you will need to use the <p> tag. Just add the following code to the beginning of your paragraph:

<p style="text-align: justify;">

This will justify your text. You can also use this code to center or right-align your text. Simply replace the word "justify" with "center" or "right."

PRO TIP: If you are using Squarespace to create a website, be aware that there is no way to justify text within squares. This means that your text will be left-aligned, which may not be the look you are going for. You can work around this by creating a separate text block for each line of text, but this is time-consuming and may not give you the exact result you want.
