There are a few different ways to load new brushes into Photoshop, and the method you choose will depend on where you get the brushes from. The most common way to get new brushes is to download them from the Internet.

There are many websites that offer free Photoshop brushes, and some of them even offer sets of brushes that are compatible with specific versions of Photoshop. Once you have downloaded the brushes, you will need to unzip the file and save the individual brush files to your computer.

The next step is to open Photoshop and go to the Edit menu. From there, select Presets > Preset Manager. A new window will open up that will allow you to manage your presets. At the top of the window, make sure that “Brushes” is selected from the drop-down menu.

Then, click on the “Load” button and navigate to the folder where you saved the new brushes. Select all of the brushes and click on the “Open” button. The new brushes will now be loaded into Photoshop and ready for use.

If you want to use a brush that is already loaded in Photoshop, but you can’t find it, you can use the Brush tool to search for it. Click on the Toolbox icon that looks like a paintbrush, or press B on your keyboard to select the Brush tool.

Then, click on the down arrow next to the word “Brush” in the Options bar and select “Load Brushes.” Navigate to the folder where you saved the new brushes and select them. Click on the “Open” button and they will be loaded into Photoshop.

Now that you know how to load new brushes into Photoshop, experiment with different ones to see what they can do and how they can help you create unique looks for your images.

PRO TIP: When loading new brushes into Photoshop, always check that the brushes are compatible with your version of Photoshop. Different versions of Photoshop use different brush file formats, so loading incompatible brushes can cause errors or crashes. Also, be sure to load new brushes into a separate Photoshop document, rather than overwriting existing brushes. This will help prevent any accidental loss of data.
