How Do I Make a 45 Degree Line in Photoshop?

There are a couple different ways that you can make a 45 degree line in Photoshop. One way is to use the Pen tool.

To do this, first make sure that the Pen tool is selected in the Tools palette. Then click on the point where you want the line to start, and drag your mouse to where you want the line to end. The line will automatically be created at a 45 degree angle.

If you want more control over the angle of the line, you can use the Polygonal Lasso tool. First, select the Polygonal Lasso tool in the Tools palette.

Then click on the point where you want the line to start, and click on each subsequent point along the line until you reach the end. This will create a straight line between each of your clicks. If you want to change the angle of the line, simply click on one of the middle points and drag it to a new location.

PRO TIP: When using Photoshop to create a 45 degree line, it is important to be aware that the program does not have an automatic way to do this. The user will need to create the line manually, using the pen tool. If the user is not comfortable with this tool, they may want to consider using another program that has this function.
