How Do I Make a Raindrop in Photoshop?

Last updated on September 23, 2022 @ 10:14 pm

Photoshop is a great program for creating all sorts of graphics, including raindrops. Here’s a quick guide on how to make a raindrop in Photoshop:

1. Start by creating a new document in Photoshop. The size of the document doesn’t matter too much, as you can always resize the image later.

2. Next, create a new layer. You can do this by clicking on the “Create a new layer” icon at the bottom of the Layers palette.

3. Now you’ll need to select a brush tool. The best brush to use for creating raindrops is the “Round Brushes” which can be found in the “Brush Tip Shape” drop-down menu in the options bar.

4. Once you’ve selected the Round Brushes, set the size of the brush to around 5px and then click on the “Brush Dynamics” icon in the options bar.

This will open up a new window where you can adjust the settings for your brush. Set the “Size Jitter” to around 50% and then close this window.

5. Now that you’ve got your brush all set up, it’s time to start painting some raindrops!

To do this, simply click and hold down the mouse button while dragging your cursor across the document. As you do this, you’ll see raindrops appearing on the screen.

6. Once you’re happy with how your raindrops look, you can go ahead and save your image!
