In Photoshop, there are a few different ways that you can manage actions. One way is to use the Actions palette.

The Actions palette is located in the Window menu. To open it, go to Window > Actions. The Actions palette has two columns: the left column shows a list of available actions, and the right column shows a preview of the selected action.

You can also create new actions by clicking the Create new action button at the bottom of the palette. This will open a dialog box where you can name your action and assign it to a function key. You can also choose whether you want your action to be recorded with or without dialogs.

Another way to manage actions is to use the Command Palette. The Command Palette is located in the Edit menu.
