After you’ve installed the app, it’s time to configure the settings. Each review app has different settings, so take a moment to familiarize yourself with the options and choose the ones that are right for your store. For example, you may want to choose how many stars customers must give in order for their review to be published, or whether you want to moderate all reviews before they’re published.

Once you’ve configured the settings for your review app, it’s time to add the review widget to your product pages. This is usually done by adding a snippet of code to your theme’s code file (usually called product.liquid). If you’re not comfortable editing code files, most review apps also offer an option to add the widget using a drag-and-drop interface.

Step 4: Encourage customers to leave reviews

The final step is to encourage customers to leave reviews after they’ve purchased a product from you. You can do this by sending them follow-up emails after their purchase or by displaying a popup on your website asking them to leave a review. Most review apps will provide you with some code that you can add to your site in order to display these types of messages.
