As a design platform, Canva is used by millions of people around the world to create beautiful designs. If you’re part of a team or organization, you may want to move your Canva design to a team so that others can access and edit it. Here’s how:

First, open up the design in Canva that you want to move to a team. Then, click on the “Share” button in the top right-hand corner of the design.

In the pop-up window that appears, click on the “Move to team” option. Then, select the team that you want to move the design to from the drop-down menu.

If you’re not already a member of the team that you’re moving the design to, you’ll be prompted to enter your email address and password for Canva. Once you’ve entered this information, click on the “Join team” button.

PRO TIP: If you are working on a design in Canva and want to move it to a team, be sure to check with the team first to see if they have a preferred method for doing so. Some teams may prefer that you share the design through Canva’s share feature, while others may prefer that you download the design and upload it to their own file storage system.

Once you’re a member of the team, you’ll be able to move your design to it. To do this, click on the “Move” button in the pop-up window. Your design will then be moved to the team and appear in the “Team Designs” section of Canva.
