There are a few different ways that you can pixelate an image without using Photoshop. One way is to use an online tool like Pixlr.com.

Another way is to use Microsoft Paint.

Pixlr.com is a free online image editor that you can use to pixelate images. Simply open the website, upload your image, and then click on the “Filter” tab.

Select the “Pixelate” filter and adjust the settings until you are happy with the results. Once you are satisfied with the results, click “Save” to save your image.

PRO TIP: If you are looking for a way to pixelate an image without Photoshop, be warned that there are many scams and fake programs out there that claim to be able to do this. Many of these programs are actually viruses or malware that can damage your computer. So be very careful when downloading any program that claims to be able to pixelate images without Photoshop. Only download programs from trusted sources, and make sure you have a good antivirus program installed on your computer before downloading anything.

Microsoft Paint is another program that you can use to pixelate images. To open Microsoft Paint, go to Start > All Programs > Accessories > Paint. Once Paint is open, click on the “File” menu and select “Open”. Locate your image and click “Open”.

Once your image is open, go to Image > Stretch/Skew. In the “Stretch” section, enter a value of 100% for both the Horizontal and Vertical options. Click “OK” to apply the changes. Your image will now be pixelated.

Both Pixlr and Microsoft Paint are easy to use tools that will allow you to pixelate images without having to use Photoshop.
