How do I point my domain to my server Namecheap?

The first step is to find the server name. This can be done by opening a web browser and navigating to the Namecheap home page.

There, you will be able to find the server address in the “Location” section. .

Next, you need to input the server address into a web browser. You will then be prompted to enter the server’s port.

If you are using a VPN, you will need to enter the server’s port number in addition to the server address.

Once you have entered the server address and port, you will be prompted to enter the domain name. You will then be asked to enter the server’s password.

To point the domain to the server, you will need to click on the “Change Settings” link next to the domain name. This will take you to the “Domains” page.

On the “Domains” page, you will be able to input the server address and port that you used when logging in. You will also be able to input the new hostname for the domain.

Once you have input the information, you will be able to click on the “Update Domain” button. This will update the DNS records for the domain.

Finally, you will be able to log out of your Namecheap account and test the connection to the server.
