  • Use the “Preview” button in the toolbar
  • Use the “Preview in Browser” button
  • Open the prototype in a web browser

When previewing a prototype, be sure to:

1. Choose the right view: view the prototype as a page or as a panel

2. Use the zoom controls to get a close look at details

3. Use the buttons to control the animation and transition effects

4. Use the keyboard shortcuts to speed up or slow down the animation

5. Use the “Ease In” and “Ease Out” buttons to control the animation speed

6. Use the “Zoom Out” and “Zoom In” buttons to change the prototype view size

7. Use the “Inspect” button to view the prototype in detail

8. Use the “Copy” button to copy the current view to the clipboard

9. Use the “Paste” button to paste the current view into another InVision project.

PRO TIP: In order to preview a prototype in InVision, you will need to first click on the “Prototypes” tab in the left-hand sidebar. Next, click on the prototype you wish to preview. Finally, click on the “Preview” button in the top right-hand corner.
