How do I print to Google Cloud Printer from Windows?

Google Cloud Print lets you print to printers connected to Google Cloud Print. To print to a printer connected to Google Cloud Print:

1. On your computer, open Chrome.

2. In the top right corner of the browser, click the three lines in the omnibox.

3. Click Settings.

4. In the Settings panel, click the More link.

5. Click Printers.

6. Click Add Printer.

7. In the Add Printer dialog box, enter the following information:

  • The name of the printer.
  • The address of the printer.
  • The port on which the printer is connected.
  • The username and password of the printer.

8. Click OK.

9. Click the Print button.

10. In the Print dialog box, click the Google Cloud Print button.

11. In the Google Cloud Print dialog box, click the Print to Google Cloud Print button.
