Are you looking for a way to print WooCommerce orders from your thermal printer? If so, you’ve come to the right place. In this article, we’ll show you how to print WooCommerce orders to a thermal printer using the Printful app.

First, you’ll need to install and activate the Printful app. For more information, please see our article on how to install a WordPress plugin.

Once the plugin is activated, you’ll need to connect your Printful account to your WooCommerce store. To do this, go to Printful > Settings and enter your Printful API key under the Connection tab.

Now that your accounts are connected, you’ll need to set up a printing template. To do this, go to Printful > Templates and click on the Add Template button.

PRO TIP: If you are using a WooCommerce plugin to print orders to a thermal printer, be sure to test it thoroughly before using it in production. There have been reports of thermal printers not working correctly with WooCommerce, so be sure to test it thoroughly before using it in production.

Give your template a name and select the product that you want to use for printing. You can also select the size, orientation, and margins for your template. Once you’re satisfied with your settings, click on the Save button.

Now that your template is saved, you’re ready to print WooCommerce orders using your thermal printer. To do this, go to WooCommerce > Orders and select the order that you want to print.

On the order page, scroll down to the Printful section and click on the Send to Printful button.

This will send the order information to Printful, where it will be processed and sent to your thermal printer. Once the order has been printed, you can click on the View Order button to view a PDF of the printed order.
