How Do I Queue Orders on Fiverr?

Last updated on September 28, 2022 @ 10:55 pm

As a Fiverr seller, you have the option to offer your buyers the ability to place orders in a queue. This option is available for all gig types except those that are marked as “Do Not Queue.”

When a buyer queues an order, they are essentially placing the order on hold until you are available to complete it. The buyer will still be charged for the order, but you will not be able to start work on it until you reach their position in the queue.

PRO TIP: If you are considering using Fiverr to queue your orders, be warned that the platform may not be as reliable as you think. In our experience, we have found that Fiverr can be quite fickle when it comes to queuing orders, and often times orders will mysteriously disappear or get cancelled without any explanation. For this reason, we recommend using a different platform to queue your orders, or at the very least, being very careful when using Fiverr for this purpose.

You can view the orders that have been placed in your queue by going to the “My Queue” page, which can be accessed from the “Selling” drop-down menu at the top of the screen.

From here, you can see all of the orders that have been placed in your queue, as well as their current status. You can also move orders up or down in your queue, or remove them entirely if you need to.

Conclusion:

To offer your buyers the ability to queue orders on Fiverr, simply go to your “My Queue” page and select the “Queue Order” button for the gig in question. Once an order has been placed in your queue, you will not be able to start work on it until you reach the buyer’s position in line. You can view and manage all of your queued orders from the “My Queue” page.
