If you accidentally delete a file or project, you can recover it from the Trash. To do this:

  1. Open the File Browser from the left hand sidebar.
  2. Click the Trash tab at the top of the File Browser.
  3. Locate the file or project you want to recover, then click the Restore button next to it.

PRO TIP: If you are working on a project in Figma and want to recover an older version of the project, be sure to first save your current work. Then, go to the File menu and select Version History. From here, you can choose to Restore to a specific version or Download a copy of the project file.
