How Do I Recover an Unsaved Canva?

Last updated on September 27, 2022 @ 8:27 pm

There are a few ways that you can go about recovering an unsaved Canva design. The first option is to try to find the design in the ‘Recent Designs’ section of your account.

If you can’t find it there, then you can try to use the ‘Recover from Trash’ feature. To do this, go to the ‘Trash’ section of your account and look for the design that you want to recover. If you find it there, simply click on the ‘Restore’ button and it will be moved back into your ‘My Designs’ section.

PRO TIP: If you accidentally close a Canva design without saving, you can try to recover it by opening the browser’s history. However, this will only work if you have not cleared your browsing history since you last worked on the design. If you have cleared your browsing history, it will not be possible to recover the unsaved design.

The second option is to reach out to Canva’s customer support team and they may be able to help you recover your design. To do this, go to the ‘Help Center’ section of the Canva website and submit a ticket. Be sure to include as much information as possible about your design so that they can try to locate it for you.

If you are unable to recover your unsaved Canva design, then unfortunately you will have to start from scratch. However, by following these steps, you should be able to get your design back in no time!
