How Do I Report a DMCA on Shopify?

If you believe that your intellectual property rights have been violated on Shopify, you can submit a DMCA notice to our support team.

-Your name, address, telephone number, and email address

-Your electronic or physical signature

After we receive your DMCA notice, we’ll investigate and take appropriate action. Please note that under 17 U.S.C. 512(c)(3), anyone who knowingly misrepresents that material or activity is infringing may be subject to liability for damages.
