Linode can restore a corrupted image from a previous backup. Here’s how:

1. Login to your Linode account.

2. In the web interface, click Tools > Restore Images.

3. On the Restore Images page, select the image you want to restore.

4. On the Choose Backup Location page, select the location of the backup you want to use.

5. On the Choose Backup Date page, select the date of the backup you want to use.

6. On the Choose Backup Size page, select the size of the backup you want to use.

7. Click Restore.

8. The restore process will start, and the image will be restored to your Linode account.

9. Once the image has been restored, you can view it in the web interface or use the Linode Manager to restore your Linode account to its previous configuration.

PRO TIP: If you are attempting to restore an image in linode, it is important to note that this process can be very technical and time-consuming. It is recommended that you have a backup plan in place in case something goes wrong.
