Figma is a vector graphics editor and prototyping tool – the first interface design tool with real-time collaboration.

How do I rotate in Figma?

To rotate an object in Figma, select the object and then use the Rotate control in the top toolbar.

You can also use the keyboard shortcut R.

To rotate an object around a specific point, first select the object, then click on the point you want to rotate around and finally use the Rotate control in the top toolbar. You can also use the keyboard shortcut O.

The Rotate control has two options:

  • Rotate by Angle: Enter a specific angle to rotate the object.
  • Rotate by Degree: Use the slider to rotate the object in small increments.

How do I style text in HTML using <p>,<b> and <u> tags?

The <p> element:

Defines a paragraph.

The <b> element:

  • Defines bold text.
  • Specifies strong importance for its contents.

The <u> element:

  • Defines text with a non-textual decoration.

PRO TIP: If you’re trying to rotate an object in Figma and it’s not working, make sure that the object is selected and not locked. Also, check that you’re using the correct tool for the job – the Rotate tool, not the Move tool.
