PRO TIP: If you are looking to schedule an appointment with Wix, be warned that there have been many complaints about the company’s customer service. There have been reports of people waiting for weeks or even months to get a response from customer service, and some have even been told that their account has been cancelled without any explanation. If you need to schedule an appointment with Wix, it is recommended that you first try contacting them through their live chat feature on their website. If you are unable to get a response through live chat, then you may want to consider scheduling your appointment through another company.

On the following page, choose whether you want to chat with a Wix expert or schedule a call. If you choose to chat, you’ll be connected with an available expert immediately. If you choose to schedule a call, you’ll be prompted to enter your name, email address, and phone number.

Once you’ve entered your contact information, choose a date and time for your call. Then, click “Schedule Call.” You’ll receive an email confirmation with details about your appointment.

You can also view your appointment in the “My Appointments” section of your Wix account. Just click on the “Help” tab and then select “My Appointments.”

Scheduling an appointment with a Wix expert is easy and only takes a few minutes. Just log in to your account, click on the “Help” tab, and then follow the prompts to chat or schedule a call. You can also view your upcoming appointments in the “My Appointments” section of your account.
