How Do I Send a Message to UpWork Support?

There are a few different ways that you can contact UpWork support in order to get help with your account or any other questions that you may have. The first way is to log into your account and click on the “Help” tab at the top of the page.

From there, you will be able to browse through the various topics of frequently asked questions, or you can search for a specific topic using the search bar. If you still cannot find what you are looking for, there is an option to submit a help request form.

Another way to contact UpWork support is through their social media channels. You can find them on Twitter and Facebook by searching for @UpWork.

Once you are on their page, you can send them a direct message with your question or concern. They usually respond relatively quickly to messages sent through social media.

You can also give them a call at 1-877-251-4338 Monday through Friday from 6 am to 6 pm PT. This is probably the best option if you need immediate assistance with something and cannot wait for a response through email or social media.

No matter how you choose to contact UpWork support, they should be able to help you with whatever issue you are having.
