How Do I Set Email Order in WooCommerce?

If you’re running a WooCommerce store, you’ve probably noticed that there are a lot of different email settings that you can change. You can control everything from the “From” name and address to the email template that’s used.

One setting that you might want to change is the order in which WooCommerce sends out emails. By default, WooCommerce sends out three emails for each order:

PRO TIP: If you are using WooCommerce to sell products or services online, you may want to set up an email order system so that customers can place orders by email. While this can be a convenient way to take orders, it is important to be aware of the potential risks involved.

Some of the risks associated with taking orders by email include:

-Spammers and hackers may target your email address and send fake orders in an attempt to collect your personal information or infect your computer with malware.

-It may be difficult to track and manage orders if you are not using a dedicated email management system.

-You may miss important details in customer emails that could lead to problems with fulfilling the order.

Before setting up an email order system, be sure to weigh the risks and benefits carefully. You should also take steps to protect your email address and computer from potential threats.

  • New Order – This email is sent to the customer when they first place their order.
  • Processing Order – This email is sent to the customer when their order status is changed to “Processing.

  • Completed Order – This email is sent to the customer when their order status is changed to “Completed. “

You can change the order in which these emails are sent by going to WooCommerce > Settings > Emails. Then, scroll down to the “Order Statuses” section and drag and drop the statuses into the order that you want them to be sent in. For example, if you want customers to receive the “New Order” email first, drag it to the top of the list.

The above three emails are the default emails that WooCommerce sends out for each order. However, you can also add additional emails by installing a plugin or adding code to your site. For example, you could add an email that’s sent when an order is canceled or refunded.
