When you run a WooCommerce store, you’ll need to set a minimum order quantity (MOQ) for your products. This ensures that customers order enough of your product to make it worthwhile for you to ship and fulfill the order.
There are two ways to set a minimum order quantity in WooCommerce. The first is to set it globally for all products in your store. The second is to set it on a per-product basis.
To set a global minimum order quantity in WooCommerce, go to WooCommerce > Settings > Products from your WordPress dashboard. Then, click on the “Inventory” tab and scroll down to the “Minimum Order Quantity” section. From here, you can enter the minimum number of items that customers must purchase in order for the order to be processed.
If you want to set a minimum order quantity on a per-product basis, go to that product’s page in your WordPress dashboard and scroll down to the “Stock” section. In the “Stock management at product level” section, check the “Enable stock management” checkbox and enter the minimum order quantity in the “Minimum order quantity” field.
Both of these methods will ensure that customers purchase enough of your product to make it worthwhile for you to ship and fulfill the orders.
