How Do I Set Up a Payment Page on Wix?

There are two ways to set up a payment page on Wix: using the Wix Payments platform or using a third-party Payment Processor like Stripe or Square.

If using Wix Payments:

  1. create a Wix Payments account from within your Wix Dashboard
  2. go to “Pages” inDashboard >click “Add Page” >click “Payment Page”
  3. customize Payment Page > Save
  4. “Menus & Pages” in Dashboard >click “Add Page” >select Payment Page > Add

Your Payment Page is now live! When someone visits clicks on one of the buy buttons they will be taken tom a secure checkout where they enter their information.

If using Stripe or Square:

  1. (first) create an account with chosen Payment Processor
  2. “Pages” in Dashboard >click “Add Page” >click “Payment Page”
  3. customize Payment Page > Save
  4. “Menus & Pages” in Dashboard >click “Add Page”>select Payment Page > Add

(After following either set of instructions) Your Payment Page is now live! When someone visits clicks on one of the buy buttons they will be taken to a secure checkout where they enter their information.

PRO TIP: When creating a payment page on Wix, be sure to take the following precautions:

– Do not use Wix’s built-in payment processing system. Use a third-party provider such as PayPal or Stripe.
