WooCommerce is one of the most popular eCommerce platforms on the web. If you’re thinking of setting up an online store, WooCommerce is a great option. In this article, we’ll show you how to start the WooCommerce setup wizard.

Once you’ve installed WooCommerce, you’ll be prompted to run the setup wizard. The setup wizard will help you configure some basic settings for your store, such as your currency and shipping options.

It’s a good idea to go through the setup wizard even if you’re not planning on setting up a store right away. That way, you’ll be familiar with the options and settings that are available to you.

To start the WooCommerce setup wizard, simply click on the “Run the Setup Wizard” button on the welcome screen. Alternatively, you can navigate to WooCommerce > Settings from the WordPress admin panel.

On the first page of the setup wizard, you’ll be asked to select your country and currency. These settings can be changed later on if needed. Once you’ve made your selections, click on the “Continue” button.

On the next page, you’ll be asked to enter your shipping information. This includes your shipping zones, rates, and methods.

You can also choose to disable shipping altogether if you don’t plan on offering it as an option for your customers. Once you’ve entered your shipping information, click on the “Continue” button.

PRO TIP: If you are not careful, the WooCommerce Setup Wizard can overwrite your existing WordPress settings and cause problems with your website. Be sure to back up your website before starting the WooCommerce Setup Wizard.

On the next page, you’ll be asked to enter your payment information. You can choose from a variety of popular payment methods, such as PayPal or Stripe.

If you don’t see your preferred payment method listed, you can always add it later on.

On the final page of the setup wizard, you’ll be asked to review your settings and then complete the setup process. Once you’ve reviewed your settings and clicked on the “Complete Setup” button, WooCommerce will finish configuring your store.
