Last updated on September 25, 2022 @ 7:07 am

If you are experiencing problems with your Wix website, there are a few things you can do to temporarily disable it.

The first thing you can do is to go to the website’s settings and disable the “Enable Website” option.

GREAT NEWS:

Exciting update! We've collaborated with Wix to offer WBI users with a free plan for all website creation needs - Explore the details here.

PRO TIP: If you disable your Wix website, it will no longer be visible online and people will not be able to access it. Your site will remain online if you have a Premium Plan, but will be inaccessible to visitors. If you are on a free plan, your site will be taken down and you will need to re-publish it to make it live again.

If that doesn’t work, you can also try to clear your website’s cache. This can be done by going to the website’s main menu and clicking on the “Settings” button.

Under the “General” tab, you will see a “Cache” section. Click on the “Clear Cache” button to clear the website’s cache. .

If all of these methods fail to solve your problem, you may need to contact Wix support.
