First, open up the image you want to convert into pixel art in Photoshop. Then, go to Image > Image Size.

In the Image Size dialog box, make sure the Resample Image box is unchecked. Next, change the Width and Height values to something small, like 50 pixels. Now, click OK.

PRO TIP: This article provides instructions on how to turn a picture into Pixel Art in Photoshop. However, it is important to note that this process can be very time consuming and may not produce the desired results if not done correctly.

Your image will now be smaller. Next, go to Filter > Filter Gallery. In the Filter Gallery dialog box, select the Pixelate filter and then click OK.

Your image will now be pixelated! If you want to make any further adjustments, you can use the Liquify tool (found under the Filter menu) to do so.

And that’s it! You’ve now successfully turned a picture into pixel art in Photoshop.
