iOS 14 has been out for a while now, and with it comes a whole host of new features and changes. One of the most significant changes is the addition of widgets to the Home screen.

First, open the App Store and search for Canva. Tap Get, then Install.

The first thing you’ll need to do is select a background color for your widget. To do this, tap on the Background color option at the bottom of the screen.
A color palette will appear; simply tap on the color you’d like to use as your background. Once you’ve selected a color, tap Done in the top right corner of the screen.
Next, you’ll need to add some text to your widget. To do this, tap on the T icon in the top toolbar. A text box will appear; simply type in your desired text and hit return when you’re done.
You can also change the font, size, and color of your text by tapping on the Text options at the bottom of the screen. When you’re happy with your text, tap Done in the top right corner of the screen.
Now it’s time to add an image to your widget! To do this, tap on the Image icon in the top toolbar (it looks like a mountain).
You can either choose an image from Canva’s library of over 1 million images, or upload one from your own device. For this example, we’ll choose an image from Canva’s library.
Simply scroll through until you find an image you like, then tap on it to select it. Once selected, tap Done in the top right corner of the screen.
Your image will now appear on your widget! If you want to move it around or change its size, simply tap and hold on the image until you see white dots appear around it; then drag those dots to resize or move your image as desired.
That’s all there is to using Canva on iOS 14! With just a few taps, you can easily create beautiful widgets for your Home screen.
