If you want to create a text effect in Photoshop, you can use the Ellipse tool. To do so, first create a new document by selecting File > New > Document.

Name the document “CircleText.psd” and press OK.

To create the text effect, start by selecting the Ellipse tool (L) and clicking on the white Canvas to start the selection. Next, type in the text you want to appear in the circle, and then press the Enter key to accept the text.

Finally, use the Free Mouse Tool (M) to drag the text around the circle, and then press the Enter key again to accept the final changes.

To create a perfect circle, you may want to use the Free Transform tool (Ctrl+T) to resize the text, and then use the Anchor Point tool (A) to place the text in the center of the circle.

Then, use the Options bar to adjust the shadows, and then press the OK button to apply the changes.
