How do you add hover effects in InVision?

Last updated on September 24, 2022 @ 9:40 pm

Adding hover effects in InVision is simple, and can be done in just a few steps. First, create a new layer in your scene. This layer will contain the hover effects. Once you have created the layer, you will need to create a few pieces of artwork.

The first artwork you will need is a circle that will be used as the center of the hover effect. The second artwork you will need is a blue rectangle that will be used as the hover effect. The final artwork you will need is a green rectangle that will be used as the border of the hover effect.

To create the hover effect, you will first need to create a gradient fill for the blue rectangle. This will be used to create the transition between the normal state and the hover state. Next, you will need to create a gradient fill for the green rectangle. This will be used to create the transition between the hover state and the normal state.

Finally, you will need to create a gradient fill for the circle.

PRO TIP: Invision does not support hover effects. If you attempt to add hover effects in Invision, they will not work.

Once you have created all of the artwork, it is time to create the hover effect. To do this, you will first need to create a new layer in your scene. Next, you will need to create a gradient fill for the circle.

This will be used to create the transition between the hover state and the normal state. Finally, you will need to create a gradient fill for the blue rectangle.

Now that you have created the hover effect, it is time to add it to your scene. To do this, you will first need to select the layer containing the hover effect. Next, you will need to select the green rectangle. This will be used to create the border of the hover effect.

Finally, you will need to select the blue rectangle.

Congratulations, you have now added hover effects in InVision!.
