How Do You Add Shimmer Effect in Photoshop?

You can add a shimmer effect to text in Photoshop by using the “Glow” filter. To do this, first select the text layer that you want to add the effect to. Then, go to Filter > Render > Glow. In the “Glow Options” window, set the “Radius” to 10 pixels and the “Strength” to 5%.

You can also change the “Quality” to “Best”. Click “OK” to apply the effect.

To style text in HTML using < p >, < b > and < u > tags, you would first need to wrap the text in these tags. For example, if you wanted to make a paragraph of text bold, you would wrap it in < b > tags like this:

If you wanted to make a paragraph of text underlined, you would wrap it in < u > tags like this:
